The girls both had great soccer seasons this fall. I was waiting to do a post in the blog until after Allison had her end of the season party. The trophy is a big part of the soccer season! Allison played on the Groovy Girls again and is really getting to know the girls on the team. The team won all but one game and is going to play up a division in the spring to give them more competition. Another highlight of the year was changing jerseys to the color purple and getting tie die and monkey socks to match. It’s a great group of girls, and they seem to have a lot of fun playing together under Coach Wade.
Caroline is still on the Mighty Dragons, and Daddy is still coaching. They are still a coed team, and many of the other teams have switched to all girls or all boys. Her team ended up playing several all boy teams, and that wasn’t always evenly matched. I think the kids all had fun, though, and they definitely enjoyed their end of the season party and their fun Coach Ray!
