Will's Transitional Kindergarten class put on a small play at the end of class the other day. The boys had made puppets and said the words to this very cute Billy Goat Gruff. Will was grinning from ear to ear!
Way to go Will! He had the same grin on his face this morning after he said that he wanted "fresh worms" for lunch. Of course he was kidding...but didn't know that dad would cook 4 strands up in the microwave, go outside and pretend he dug them up, and then put them in a zip lock bag in his lunch box. At first he thought it was cool, then a little nervous...will be interesting to see what happens at school. Will he eat the worms??
Things I am thankful for....Jesus, my family, my friends, photography, soccer, Dr. Pepper, Girlfriend's Bible Study, the sound and smell of the beach, the color red, girls' weekends, competition, staying up late, sleeping late, running, playing dominos, books and book club, blogging, JDRF, watching sports, a hand written note, mexican food, shopping, and making memories.
