Slice of Life

I have been a fan and follower of I Heart Faces website for a few months now and love looking at all the entries each week.  This week's challenge for capturing a slice of life photo really caught my attention, so I am entering for the first time.  We just got back from a spring break trip to Broken Bow, Oklahoma.  I loved being there with my family and away from our busy schedules.  We had a great time just playing outdoors and relaxing.  The best part of the trip was getting to take so many pictures and my favorites were the ones where I just captured my family having fun.  I love this photo where my husband is teaching my middle daughter how to skip rocks on the water.  My oldest daughter is always playing with her hair, the dog is wanting to jump in the water, and my son is right in the middle of it all!  These are the times I want to remember for many years to come!
