CES Field Day

Caroline and Lauren

gymnasts!!!

Gram and Allison

Kayla, Grace, and Allison

Kassity, Lauren, Ashton, and Caroline

One of the most fun days of the school year is always Field Day. The girls had a great time, and I loved getting to go and watch them for awhile. Gram and Grandpa came, too, and got to watch them doing their different activities and the water bounce houses!

Church on the Hill!

Will and friends' kids from our Sunday School class - Lilly and Jackson!

Will and his teachers in Transitional Kindergarten - Mrs. Woodson and Mrs. Andrup

Will and Ms. Mary - the CHCS Director

The time finally came for Will to officially graduate from Chapel Hill Children's School. He went through graduation last spring, but it didn't really count because he was staying on for Transitional Kindergarten. He was so excited about graduation, and we sat in the audience with many mixed emotions - sad that our time at Chapel Hill had come to end after 8 years, and excitement about the year to come where Will starts Kindergarten. Chapel Hill has been a wonderful place for us, and we will always hold onto our memories from there. Like the line in their chapel song says..."There is nothing as dear to my childhood as that little white church on the hill."

Spring Wildflowers

This spring I took Will to Midilothian to have his 5 year formal picture done. I have done this with the girls, and it was finally his turn. The photographer we used is from Arlington but has since moved to Midilothian, so we got to make the trip out there. There were so many beautiful flowers out in that area that I quickly took Will out and took some pictures of him before heading home. I wonder how much longer he will pose in the wildflowers for me?

All Pro Dad and a Cowboy

For the last All Pro Dad of the year we had a surprise speaker - John Whitten - from the Cowboys. He is such a humble and strong family man, and he just spoke on the importance of a Dad's role in their kids' lives. It was inspiring to see such a great athlete being such a great role model to so many kids who look up to him. The girls had fun getting to help draw the winners of the raffle, and Will loved having his picture taken with John Whitten. It was a fun and memorable morning.

Mother's Day 2010

I definitely had a great Mother's Day. We celebrated by going to church and the eating out at Brio's. Caroline had a soccer game that afternoon, and then we just relaxed at home. I love getting a picture with my kids each year! That's the best present of all!

More Indian Pics

Will had such a great time with T-Ball this spring. Here are a few more pictures of him in action and at the end of the season party at Feedstore Barbecue.
