Kindergarten Thanksgiving Feast

One of the best Kindergarten activities is the Kindergarten Feast right before Thanksgiving Break.  Each Kindergartner makes a turkey out of household items, and these served as the table center pieces.  They dress up like Pilgrims and Indians, and sang songs for us.  Will chose the name Running Cowboy for himself.  They also dictate their version of how our family Thanksgiving goes.  They are all hilarious to read!  It was a wonderful day of celebrating.

Gram came for the festivities, too!

Had to throw in one of Caroline's Native American Day going on at the same time!

Did Will and I get a grade for that Turkey?? Did you see that Turkey?? On a scale of 1-10, that Turkey was a 12! Magnificant bird. Looks like everyone had a blast a school. Will....are you wearing a grocery bag? Fun stuff. Thanks to teachers for making it fun and Mom for "Being There". Dad
